  • Season Lease

    Your choice of Ski or Snowboard rental for the season. For anyone just getting in to the sport of those of you with growing kids season leases are an affordable option to get them on the slopes more often. Keep the equipment all season and return it by March 31st.$199.99

  • Warren Miller Movie Event

    Powder Shack proudly partners with Warren Miller Entertainment to bring Warren Miller's annual iconic film to Harrisonburg and the surrounding area the last Thursday of October each year. Join us at Court Square Theater in Harrisonburg for an event filled evening of entertainment including concessions along with beer and wine, a raffle where thousands of dollars in prizes are given away and free giveaways to the first twenty guests through the door!

Our professionally trained and certified technicians have access to a full range of tuning equipment to make your gear perform to its fullest potential. We can get your equipment into shape for bombing the race hill, jibbing the park, or just cruising the mountain.

  • Binding Release Check

    A release check is highly suggested at least once per season. Our techs will ensure your bindings are optimally adjusted for your personal specs and are releasing safely. $29.99

  • Binding Mount

    Whether its an upgrade or a fresh setup our certified tech can get your bindings mounted securely to your skis. Service available for flat mount or system skis. (free with purchase of ski and binding) $59.99

  • Basic Tune-Up

    Before opening day, mid season, or right before a big trip. A base grind, cleanly sharpened edge, and freshly waxed base, all done by our top of the line machines.$39.99

  • The Deluxe

    Give your gear some love. Our techs hand work your favorite setup back to perfection. A base resurfacing, hand worked edge, and hot iron wax to make their next run feel like their first. $59.99

  • Race Tune-Up

    Dont let an inferior tune hold back your hard charging skills. A hand beveled edge to racing specs and a hand melted flourinated wax coat will give you superior glide and precise control. $99.99

  • Park Tune-Up

    For those that frequent the terrain park this is the only way to go. A hand detuned edge and hot iron wax to keep your park laps going smoothly. $39.99

  • Quick Wax

    The best way to prolong the life of your skis or board. A quick machine wax and scrape to keep your base hydrated and running smooth. $34.99

  • Misc. Shop Work

    Our techs can perform any ski, snowboard, ski boot or snowboard boot repair including, but not limited to: edge repair, sidewall repair, core damage, BOA repair, ski and snowboard boot custom liner molding, custom ski boot shell molding, ski and snowboard binding repair and ski and snowboard binding part replacement. $60.00/Hr

  • Summerize

    Basic tune + extra heavy coat of wax on base and side edges to prevent rust and keep base hydrated until equipment's next use. Bring back to us when you are ready to head to the mountain and we will scrape and buff for free (this is included with the price of the summerize service). Back tension off of bindings on skis to preserve binding housing life.$49.99
